General rules that apply to all play
Play at Betpanda Casino is open to registered customers aged 18 or over who have completed the account checks described in our Terms and Conditions. We hold a gaming licence and verify the identity, age and payment details of every account holder before withdrawals are processed.
- One account per person. Each customer may hold a single account. Duplicate accounts may be closed and bets placed on them may be voided.
- You play for yourself. You must not place bets on behalf of anyone else, and you must not allow another person to use your log-in details.
- Real-money and bonus balances are separate. Where both are present, stakes are taken in the order shown in your account, and any wagering requirement applies only to the bonus balance.
- Bets are final once placed. A spin, hand or round that has been confirmed cannot be cancelled, changed or taken back by you or by us, except where these rules say otherwise.
- You must have sufficient funds. A bet will not be accepted if your balance does not cover the stake at the moment the bet is confirmed.
- Stake and payout limits apply. The minimum and maximum stake for each game is shown in the game itself, and overall limits are set out in the cashier and in your account.
Our records of your bets, balances and transactions are the records we rely on when a question arises about your play. You can look over your own history at any time in the account area.
How bets and spins are settled
Every game in our lobby runs on the game provider's server. The result recorded by that server is the result of the round, and it is final. The display on your screen is a presentation of that result; if the two ever differ, the server record stands.
Outcomes in slots, instant-win and virtual games are produced by a random number generator that is tested for fairness. Past results do not influence future results, and no spin is ever due to win.
- The stake is taken from your balance when the round is confirmed.
- The round is settled against the paytable and the rules published inside that game.
- Any win is credited to your balance once the round has finished on the game server.
- The round is written to your game history, where you can check the stake, time and outcome.
The theoretical return to player (RTP) figure for each game is shown in the game's own information or help screen. RTP is a long-run average measured over a very large number of rounds, not a promise about any single session. Where a provider offers more than one RTP setting for a title, the figure that applies to you is the one displayed in the game you are playing.
Where a game offers a feature buy, a gamble step or a jackpot contribution, the rules for that feature are set out in the game's help screen and form part of these rules.
Malfunctions, errors and interrupted rounds
A malfunction voids all pays and play. If a game, feature, jackpot or display is found to have behaved incorrectly, the affected rounds are void, stakes are returned and any amount credited in error may be corrected or removed from your balance.
This includes obvious errors in a paytable, odds or payout, results produced while a game was not operating as designed, and amounts credited to your account that you knew, or ought reasonably to have known, were wrong. If an incorrect credit has already been withdrawn, we may ask you to return it.
If your connection drops
Losing your internet connection, closing the browser or switching device does not cancel a round that has already started. Nothing is lost by closing a game while a round is in progress.
| Situation | How the round is handled |
|---|---|
| Round completed on the game server before the interruption | The result stands and any win is credited to your balance. |
| Round still open, with decisions left to make | The game resumes at the same point when you reopen it. |
| Round cannot be completed at all | The round is void and the stake is returned to your balance. |
Betting with bonus funds
When you have an active bonus, your play is governed by these rules and by the terms of that bonus, which are shown in the promotion and in your account. Where the two differ on a point about the bonus, the bonus terms apply.
- Maximum bet. While wagering is outstanding, the stake per spin or round must not exceed the maximum shown in the bonus terms. Rounds placed above it may be void, and the bonus and winnings from it may be removed.
- Game contributions. Games contribute to wagering at different rates, and some are excluded. The contribution table is published with the bonus.
- Restricted play. Low-risk, hedged or equal-opposite betting patterns used to clear wagering are not permitted and may lead to the bonus being withdrawn.
- Order of play. Where a bonus is active, stakes are taken in the order set out in the bonus terms, and withdrawing before wagering is complete may forfeit the bonus balance.
- Expiry. A bonus that has not met its wagering requirement by its expiry date is removed, along with any balance derived from it.
If you are unsure whether a game counts towards wagering, check the bonus terms before you play rather than afterwards.
Live casino and table games
Live tables are run by a human dealer in a studio, and each table publishes its own rules, betting positions and payouts in the help screen at the table. Those rules apply to play at that table.
- Decisions at the table are final. The dealer's call on the outcome of a round, and on whether a card, spin or roll stands, decides the round. Where a studio supervisor makes a decision, that decision applies.
- Late bets are not accepted. Bets must be confirmed before the betting window closes. A bet that is not confirmed in time does not take part in the round.
- Misdeals and irregularities. A misdeal, a card exposed in error or a spin that does not complete correctly may void the round, in which case stakes are returned.
- Table limits. The minimum and maximum stake for each betting position is shown at the table and may differ between tables of the same game.
- Conduct. Chat is monitored. Offensive or disruptive behaviour may lead to chat being disabled or your access to live tables being withdrawn.
- Side bets and optional wagers. These are settled only against the paytable shown for that side bet at that table.
Questions and disputes about a round
If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, raise it with us as soon as you can, while the round is still easy to trace. Write to support@casinobetpanda.co.uk or use the live chat on the site.
So that we can look into it without delay, please tell us:
- The name of the game or live table.
- The date and time of the round, including your time zone.
- The round or game reference shown in your history, where one is available.
- The stake you placed and the result you expected.
- A screenshot, if you have one.
We will check the server record of the round with the game provider and come back to you with what the record shows. If you are not satisfied with our answer, our Complaints Policy explains how to take the matter further, including to the independent dispute service we use.
